Your timezone requirements are discussed during the onboarding call and we ensure we recruit accordingly.
We have part time, full time and project packages available, starting from two days a week. We go in full depth of your business requirements on the onboarding call.
To be honest, they are nothing alike. Apart from our in-depth recruitment process, our VAs are paid higher on average, we also pay a 13th month bonus to reward the hard work and loyalty. We also ensure that we support them through team calls and upskilling opportunities.
Upwork, through personal experience, is very often a miss more than hit when it comes to quality of work. Upwork also takes a commission from the Freelancer and does not provide the support to either client or VA.
The Bonjour Bureau team is located around the globe however due to the highly skilled and experienced candidates, the majority of our virtual assistants are based in the Philippines.
